Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tema strategis <b>Aligned Growth 2026<\/b>, dengan tujuan memahami tingkat kepuasan dan keterlibatan KawanARSA terhadap lingkungan kerja, sistem, dan budaya organisasi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"695\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; letter-spacing: 0.1px;\"><i>Introduction<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"695\"><i>The Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey 2025 was conducted in October 2025, involving 1,200 KawanARSA from various operational regions across ARSA Indonesia. This initiative reflects the company\u2019s strategic commitment to <span data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"558\"><b>Aligned Growth 2026<\/b><\/span> and aims to gain insights into KawanARSA\u2019s levels of satisfaction and engagement with the work environment, systems, and organizational culture.<\/i><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"695\"><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Metodologi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"695\">Survei dilakukan secara digital melalui ARSAtech eSurvey, dengan proses pengumpulan data real-time, terintegrasi, dan anonim untuk memastikan kejujuran serta kenyamanan responden. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan faktor-faktor utama seperti <b>kepemimpinan, komunikasi internal, keseimbangan kerja-hidup, serta dukungan sistem digital dan pelatihan.<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"695\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; letter-spacing: 0.1px;\"><em>Methodology<\/em><\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2311\"><i>The survey was carried out digitally via ARSAtech eSurvey, using a real-time, integrated, and anonymous process to ensure honest and comfortable participation. Analysis focused on key factors such as <b>leadership, internal communication, work-life balance, and digital and training support.<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Hasil Umum Survei<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2311\">Hasil survei menunjukkan tingkat <b>keterlibatan (engagement) dan kepuasan (satisfaction) berada dalam kategori sangat baik<\/b>, dengan rata-rata skor di atas 80 poin. Mayoritas KawanARSA menyatakan bangga menjadi bagian dari ARSA Indonesia, merasakan budaya kerja yang aman, saling mendukung, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan diri.<br><i style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">General Results<\/span><\/i><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2311\"><i>The survey results indicate that <b>both engagement and satisfaction levels are in the very good category<\/b>, averaging above 80 points.
