Adi Permadi, born in July 1973, is a seasoned leader in the hospitality and facility management industry. He graduated from BPLP Bandung (State-owned Hospitality School) in 1991 and began his career in several leading hotels, including Hotel Indonesia Jakarta, Grand Hyatt Bali, Millenium Sirih Jakarta, and Hotel Gran Meliá Jakarta, where he built a strong foundation in operations and service excellence.
In 2000, Adi joined PT ISS Indonesia and played a pivotal role in its transformation from 1,500 employees to 45,000 employees in just 11 years. As Chief Operating Officer, he led ISS Indonesia to multiple international achievements, highlighted by the recognition as the best ISS company worldwide in 2008.
From 2011 to 2020, Adi served as President Director of PT Sinar Jernih Sarana (AEON delight Indonesia), where he strengthened the company’s market presence and drove consistent business growth.
In 2020, with an entrepreneurial vision, Adi founded PT ARSA Manajemen Fasilitas, PT Bimasena Multitrada, and PT ARSA Teknologi Fasilitas.
Karthi Gajendran

Mr Karthi Gajendran, a British Citizen brings over 30 years of international experience in developing, managing and maintaining mega public infrastructure and civic buildings. As the President, Airport Development, GVK Airports, he led the strategic partnership between Angkasa Pura Airports and GVK in transforming the Ngurah Rai International Airport, BALI from rank 212 to become world’s number 1 airport in 2017.
Prior to GVK, Mr Gajendran spent 15 years with CH2MHILL, a Fortune 500 engineering and construction group with headquarters in Denver Colorado. As the Executive Vice President for Europe & Middle East and Board Director of several subsidiaries he was responsible for the group’s rapid expansion in Europe and Middle East. Prior to joining CH2MHILL, Mr Gajendran served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Central and Eastern Europe for Hill and Knowlton, a subsidiary of WPP PLC, world’s largest marketing services company.
