ARSA Indonesia has officially concluded the ARSA Leadership Development Program (ALDP) 2026 as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to developing strong, disciplined, and action-oriented leaders across its operational teams.

The program brought together leaders from various operational areas of ARSA Indonesia to strengthen leadership mindset, communication, decision-making, execution discipline, and team collaboration capabilities.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in learning sessions, discussions, simulations, and evaluations designed to reinforce leadership values aligned with ARSA Indonesia’s working culture: Patuh, Ahli, and Sistimatis (PAS).

Adi Permadi, President Director of ARSA Indonesia, emphasized that leadership in operational services is built through consistency, accountability, and the ability to maintain service standards every day in the field.
