Pendahuluan

Survei Employee Engagement & Satisfaction 2025 dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2025 dan melibatkan 1.200 KawanARSA dari berbagai wilayah operasional ARSA Indonesia. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tema strategis Aligned Growth 2026, dengan tujuan memahami tingkat kepuasan dan keterlibatan KawanARSA terhadap lingkungan kerja, sistem, dan budaya organisasi.

Introduction

The Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey 2025 was conducted in October 2025, involving 1,200 KawanARSA from various operational regions across ARSA Indonesia. This initiative reflects the company’s strategic commitment to Aligned Growth 2026 and aims to gain insights into KawanARSA’s levels of satisfaction and engagement with the work environment, systems, and organizational culture.

 

Metodologi

Survei dilakukan secara digital melalui ARSAtech eSurvey, dengan proses pengumpulan data real-time, terintegrasi, dan anonim untuk memastikan kejujuran serta kenyamanan responden. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan faktor-faktor utama seperti kepemimpinan, komunikasi internal, keseimbangan kerja-hidup, serta dukungan sistem digital dan pelatihan.

Methodology

The survey was carried out digitally via ARSAtech eSurvey, using a real-time, integrated, and anonymous process to ensure honest and comfortable participation. Analysis focused on key factors such as leadership, internal communication, work-life balance, and digital and training support.

 

Hasil Umum Survei

Hasil survei menunjukkan tingkat keterlibatan (engagement) dan kepuasan (satisfaction) berada dalam kategori sangat baik, dengan rata-rata skor di atas 80 poin. Mayoritas KawanARSA menyatakan bangga menjadi bagian dari ARSA Indonesia, merasakan budaya kerja yang aman, saling mendukung, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan diri.
General Results

The survey results indicate that both engagement and satisfaction levels are in the very good category, averaging above 80 points. Most KawanARSA expressed pride in being part of ARSA Indonesia, describing the company culture as safe, supportive, and growth-oriented.

 

Fokus Pengembangan 2026 

Tiga prioritas utama hasil survei yang akan menjadi fokus pengembangan di tahun mendatang adalah:

  1. Komunikasi Internal – memperkuat kolaborasi antar bagian dan keterbukaan lintas lini.
  2. Work–Life Balance – menjaga keseimbangan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan personal.
  3. Fasilitas Pendukung – peningkatan sarana dan sistem kerja untuk mendukung efektivitas operasional.

Focus Areas for 2026

Three main focus areas identified for improvement in 2026 are:

  1. Internal Communication – strengthening collaboration and transparency across divisions.
  2. Work–Life Balance – maintaining productivity while supporting personal well-being.
  3. Support Facilities – improving systems and infrastructure to enhance operational effectiveness.

Analisis Tambahan

Survei internal menunjukkan:

  • Korelasi kuat antara kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan (r = 0.83).
  • KawanARSA usia 25–45 tahun menjadi kelompok paling stabil dan produktif.
  • KawanARSA dengan masa kerja di atas 3 tahun menunjukkan loyalitas tertinggi.
  • Tidak terdapat kesenjangan signifikan antara gender pria dan wanita.

Additional Insights
The internal survey shows:

  • A strong correlation between satisfaction and engagement (r = 0.83).
  • KawanARSA aged 25–45 years form the most stable and productive group.
  • Employees with more than three years of tenure display the highest loyalty.
  • No significant difference between male and female respondents.

Kesimpulan

Hasil survei ini menegaskan bahwa ARSAtech bukan hanya alat digital, tetapi juga sarana yang menghubungkan seluruh KawanARSA dalam satu ekosistem kerja yang kolaboratif dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas. Partisipasi tinggi menunjukkan bahwa semangat “We are All Better Than One” telah tertanam kuat di seluruh lapisan organisasi.

This survey reaffirms that ARSAtech is not merely a digital tool, but also a platform that connects all KawanARSA within a collaborative, quality-driven ecosystem. The high participation level demonstrates that the spirit of “We are All Better Than One” has been deeply embedded across all organizational levels.
