Building PAS8M Culture – FGD at RumahARSA

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, PT ARSA Manajemen Fasilitas conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) titled “Building PAS8M Culture” at the ARSAtech Room, RumahARSA. The session brought together 21 Talent Circle representatives from across operations, reinforcing ARSA Indonesia’s commitment to strengthening execution at the front line.

 

This FGD was designed to shift the mindset from task execution to system building. Participants were challenged to address real operational issues, break down root causes, and construct solutions based on PAS (Compliance, Competence, Systematic Thinking) as the core foundation.

 

Through structured group discussions, each team translated insights into actionable frameworks using 8M (Welcoming, Equipping, Training, Guiding, Inspecting, Evaluating, Retraining, Reporting) as a disciplined way of working. The emphasis was clear: service quality is not achieved through isolated actions, but through consistent and repeatable execution.

 

The session was led directly by the CEO, who conducted synthesis and sharpening across all group outputs—identifying recurring issues, correcting flawed thinking patterns, and establishing clearer operational standards. This ensured that discussions were elevated from ideas into executable direction.

 

As a key outcome, each participant committed to specific, measurable actions—what to stop, what standards to uphold, and what PAS8M practices to implement immediately in their respective sites.

 

This initiative underscores ARSA Indonesia’s strategic direction: PAS as the foundation, 8M as the execution system, and consistency as the driver of sustainable service excellence across all operations.
