Rumah ARSA, July 18, 2026
ARSA Indonesia reaffirmed its commitment to leadership development by conducting the Effective Supervisory Workshop for participants of ARKA Club | Talent Circle – The Class of CEO.
Held at Rumah ARSA, the workshop is part of ARSA Indonesia’s structured talent development program designed to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership responsibilities. Throughout the five-hour program, participants strengthened their understanding of supervisory leadership while developing practical skills in decision-making, communication, delegation, performance management, and team development.
The workshop was led by Adi Permadi, President Director of ARSA Indonesia, who emphasized that leadership is defined by the ability to achieve sustainable results through people rather than by authority or position.
The learning program combined internationally recognized leadership theories with practical applications tailored to ARSA Indonesia’s operational environment. Key topics included:
- Transition from Individual Contributor to Supervisor
- The Strategic Role of a Supervisor
- Robert Katz’s Three Essential Management Skills
- Delegation & Accountability
- Situational Leadership
- SMART Goal Setting
- Effective Communication
- Feedback Using the SBI Model
- Radical Candor
- Motivation
- Performance Management through the PDCA Cycle
- The ARSA Supervisor Framework
- Leadership Reflection
Prior to the workshop, participants were divided into two groups and assigned different business case studies. Each group conducted independent discussions before the event and presented its recommendations during the workshop, followed by question-and-answer sessions and interactive discussions. This approach encouraged participants to connect leadership theories with real operational challenges.
According to Adi Permadi, an effective supervisor is measured not by the amount of work completed personally, but by the ability to build systems, develop people, delegate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and consistently deliver outstanding service quality.
The workshop also highlighted the supervisor’s strategic position as the bridge between management and frontline operations. To succeed in this role, supervisors must continuously strengthen their technical skills, human skills, and conceptual skills, enabling them to lead people while making sound operational decisions.
Through ARKA Club | Talent Circle – The Class of CEO, ARSA Indonesia continues to foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence. The program reflects the company’s long-term commitment to developing leaders with integrity, discipline, accountability, customer focus, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
By investing in leadership development today, ARSA Indonesia is preparing future leaders who will drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional service for customers across the organization.
