Learning Through Experience

The program was led by Iwan Julian as Chief Instructor, supported by Jason and Ricos as Instructors. Throughout the day, participants took part in team challenges, group discussions, simulations, self-reflection sessions, and PAS8M learning activities.

Each activity was designed to place participants in situations where they had to communicate clearly, listen carefully, make decisions, build trust, solve problems, and work together toward a common goal.

The experience demonstrated an important principle of teamwork: the performance of a team depends on the contribution and responsibility of every member. A small communication gap, an unclear instruction, or an individual mistake can affect the overall result. Participants also learned that leadership requires more than giving direction. A leader must be able to listen, build trust, take responsibility, create clarity, and ensure that every team member understands their role and the objective to be achieved.

Turning PAS8M into Daily Habits

PAS8M was an important part of the program. Participants were encouraged to understand discipline and consistency as daily working habits that must be continuously practiced across the organization. Through PAS8M, ARKA Club talents learned the importance of understanding standards, executing tasks correctly, checking results, maintaining consistency, and taking responsibility for the quality of their work. The program also strengthened connections between talents from Head Office and Operations, allowing participants from different functions and working environments to learn from one another and develop a broader understanding of ARSA Indonesia.

Preparing ARSA’s Future Leaders

ARKA Club – Class of CEO is part of ARSA Indonesia’s talent development journey to prepare employees with the potential to take on greater responsibilities in the future. The Team Building & PAS8M program reinforced a simple but powerful lesson: strong leadership begins with the ability to work with others, communicate effectively, remain disciplined, take responsibility, and turn plans into measurable results.

The 24 participants returned to their respective workplaces carrying new experiences and a shared understanding that great teams are built by people who trust one another, understand their responsibilities, support each other, and move together toward the same goal.
